William Newmark’s practice focuses on insurance coverage analysis and litigation.

Alexandra Ormsby’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation with an emphasis on defending businesses in premises liability and vehicle accidents.

William Locke practices in our Tacoma office where he defends clients in general civil litigation matters, including premises and personal injury litigation.

Carl Forsberg and Charlie Henty authored a chapter of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Insurance Litigation regarding the rescission of insurance policies based on misrepresentations made by the policyholder in obtaining a policy. 

Carl Forsberg, Matthew Adams, and Charlie Henty co-authored a chapter of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Insurance Litigation regarding key issues in property insurance litigation.
