Before joining Forsberg & Umlauf, Kristin clerked for Hon. Bradley A. Maxa at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division Two, for two years. Her civil litigation defense practice focuses on general liability and coverage litigation, including product and premises liability cases, personal injury matters, and professional liability claims.

Kristin is a third-generation Washington lawyer with a background in music performance and arts advocacy.
