Civil Litigation Paralegal
Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., a mid-sized defense litigation law firm located in downtown Seattle, is searching for an experienced litigation (1-5 year) paralegal to assist our team of legal professionals. This position needs an organized self-starter who is able to multi-task and is familiar with various areas of law including but not limited to insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense.
Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings/discovery, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document reviews, research, collecting and analyzing records and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience, a paralegal degree/certificate, and familiarity with billable timekeeping and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules

Estimated compensation range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
