Defense Verdict in Legal Malpractice Case

Jeff Kestle won a defense verdict for our attorney client after an eight-day jury trial. The plaintiffs alleged our client was negligent in his handling of an underlying medical malpractice lawsuit against a neurologist and interventional radiologist. The doctors treated a stroke patient who ended up paralyzed on one side of her body. The jury ruled that our client was not negligent.
