Motion for Summary Judgment in Trip and Fall Case

Shareholder Robert Novasky obtained summary judgment dismissal of all claims brought against our client, a marine construction company. Plaintiff tripped and fell on a dock and alleged that our client was negligent in building the structure and failed to warn of the hazard. The trial court dismissed the claims against our client based upon the statute of repose.
