Abby R. Michels

Abby R. Michels is honored to call the Pacific Northwest home. She has worked in the Pacific Northwest for approximately 20 years.

Abby’s career spans two decades in the primary area of civil defense litigation. Abby has worked in a variety of contexts including in private practice, state government and for one of the largest property and casualty insurance companies in the world. Her experience also includes complex construction defect, business, personal injury and first-party insurance defense work including defense of extracontractual and/or Moody claims. She has had the pleasure of representing a number of general contractors and subcontractors in the context of construction disputes, as well as insurance carriers and their insureds in various lawsuits.
