Farnoosh Faryabi's practice focuses on general liability defense, construction defect, product liability, and complex commercial disputes.

Farnoosh is a zealous advocate who always prioritizes her clients’ best interest.

Before joining Forsberg & Umlauf, PS., Farnoosh spent nearly a decade at a business law firm representing and advising a broad spectrum of clients in Washington and California. Her extensive experience in complex business litigation has been instrumental in shaping her current practice. She has adeptly handled complex shareholder and partnership disputes, sophisticated contractual disagreements, and high-stakes cases involving fraud, deceptive trade practices, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Farnoosh’ s past experience also includes navigating the complexities of unfair competition claims, business disparagement, and trade secrets litigation. She has successfully resolved corporate dissolution conflicts, construction and real estate development disputes, and provided critical legal guidance to healthcare providers in areas such as regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and transactional matters.

Farnoosh received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and Near Eastern Languages and Civilization from the University of Washington and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Additionally, Farnoosh received a post-doctoral LL.M. in Health Law from the University of Washington School of Law. Farnoosh served as a staff editor of the Evans School Review Journal and was the LL.M representative of the student health law organization at the University of Washington. Farnoosh was the recipient of the 2013-2014 outstanding research paper award for the health law graduate program at the University of Washington School of Law. She has also served as an intern legal advisor in small claims at the Superior Court of California County of San Diego, and also worked as a judicial extern at the King County Superior Court.

In her free time, Farnoosh enjoys painting with oil color and watercolor. She also has a passion for photography, poetry, playing chess, advocacy, and volunteering. As an avid traveler, she loves exploring new destinations around the globe.
