Jim is a trial attorney licensed in Washington and Oregon. His litigation practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, insurance coverage, construction, real estate, and mass torts. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has successfully guided his clients through mediation, arbitration, and all phases of litigation, including trial. He also serves as an Arbitrator in the Mandatory Arbitration programs for the local superior courts.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jim was an officer in the U.S. Navy. While a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), he drove ships, managed weapon systems, supervised refueling and small boat operations, inspected engineering plants, oversaw government contracts, taught ROTC, and coached sailing.
