Kevin is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on civil litigation defense. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Kevin has successfully represented clients from case assessment through final appeal. His broad experience allows him to advocate for his clients efficiently and effectively.

Before joining Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S., Kevin gained invaluable experience at one of the nation’s top litigation boutiques handling complex commercial litigation across the country. He represented both plaintiffs and defendants in “bet the company” litigation involving patent infringement, natural gas gathering contract disputes, and qui tam whistleblower actions. The amounts at stake in these cases routinely went into the billions.

Kevin is a native Texan, earning his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his JD magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. He is an avid fan of motorsports, scuba diving, and the oxford comma.
