Laura G. Spence
Associate
Laura’s practice focuses on first- and third-party insurance coverage analysis and the defense of alleged bad faith, breach of contract, negligence, and violations of the Consumer Protection Act and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act in the state of Washington. Laura also has experience in contract negotiation and disputes, employment law, real property and land use disputes, and public sector litigation and planning. Additionally, Laura has garnered recognition for her demonstrated dedication to community service through providing pro bono legal services, which has earned her two awards since 2021.
