Melissa K. McKenzie
Associate Counsel
Melissa’s practice focuses on representing insurance companies in coverage and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining F&U, Melissa worked for a national law firm providing claims management and insurance coverage services for lawyers’ professional liability, miscellaneous professional liability, employment practices liability and directors and officers insurance. Additionally, she served as claims and coverage counsel to provide opinions in coverage matters arising from business disputes and corporate insurance defense. Melissa also worked for plaintiff law firms handling personal injury cases, in addition to her role as a Senior Claims Examiner for a large international carrier prior to law school.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling with her Great Danes competing in AKC events across the country.
