Rishabh’s practice focuses on representing insurance companies
in coverage and extra-contractual matters and disputes,
including defending first party claims of bad faith, breach of
contract, negligence, and violations of Washington’s Consumer
Protection Act and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act.

Rishabh’s recent experience handling high-exposure bad faith
cases on a variety of insurance products on a national basis has
primed him to focus that experience for insurers issuing policies
in Washington.

In addition, Rishabh routinely advises clients on risk-transfer
and management opportunities, including for contribution
claims. He has extensive experience directing and handling
coverage litigation over a variety of policies, including
commercial general liability, commercial/fleet auto,
homeowner, and excess.

Rishabh has recently relocated back to the Seattle area after a
stint in Austin, Texas.
