Tucker’s civil litigation practice focuses on general liability defense.
Tucker received his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. He has a background in banking and financial investigations having worked as an anti-money laundering investigator at a large regional financial institution. During his law school career, he served as the managing editor of the Willamette College of Law Sports Law Journal and a Note and Comment Editor for the Willamette Law Review.
Tucker currently serves as a Co-Chair for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Asian American Adoptee Network, an At-Large Representative and Chair of the Communications Committee for the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
